With almost three decades in the construction and housing industry, Peter Elia stands as a seasoned professional and visionary leader. A Realtor since 1987, his expertise in investment real estate complements his well-rounded skills. Peter’s commitment to excellence is reflected in his hands-on approach, shaped by learning from industry leaders. In 2003, he founded Hillwood Homes Inc., marking the start of a family-centric boutique building legacy.
Thrilled to work alongside his sons, Peter takes immense pride in seeing the business evolve into a family legacy. He continues to find joy in his work, building something from nothing and providing housing in our communities at any budget. This passion is the driving force behind Hillwood Homes, embodying the company’s values of integrity, quality, and lasting relationships. Meet Lucas, a dynamic entrepreneur with a Business Accounting Diploma from Mohawk College. In 2019, he ventured into the landscaping and maintenance realm, showcasing his business acumen and dedication to quality work. His passion for hands-on craftsmanship led him to a full-time Electrician Apprenticeship, reflecting his adaptability and technical expertise. Lucas, somewhat of a perfectionist, takes pride in the quality of his work.
Eager to deepen his involvement in the family business, he aims to become a licensed Electrician and play a more active role at Hillwood Homes.
Noah Elia
CONSTRUCTION SUPERVISOR
Noah, infused with a youthful energy, is already making his mark in the professional world. Passionate about the family business, he draws inspiration from his father’s story and experience, shaping his journey within the home development and real estate industry.
With a recently acquired Real Estate License, Noah is prepared to spearhead initiatives in real estate, contributing to the family legacy at Hillwood Homes.
